How do I register my gym on Enlance?
Click on "Register Your Gym" button and fill out the application form with your gym details. Our team will review your application and get back to you within 48 hours. Once approved, you'll receive login credentials via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-PESA, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Members can pay for gym memberships directly through the Enlance app.
How does the QR check-in system work?
Each gym gets a unique QR code. Members scan the code using the Enlance app when they arrive. The system automatically logs their attendance, tracks visit duration, and updates your analytics dashboard in real-time.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Enlance subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
How do I add trainers to my gym?
From your gym admin dashboard, go to "Team" > "Add Trainer". Enter their email address and they'll receive an invitation to join your gym. Trainers can then manage their schedules, clients, and classes through the app.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your member data is never shared with third parties. We're compliant with data protection regulations and regularly audit our security practices.
